Refund & Cancellation Policy

VKS PINE DRIVE — REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
This policy applies to booking amounts, token amounts, and instalments paid towards VKS Pine Drive, and is aligned with the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and HARERA guidelines.
1. Unsuccessful / Non-Allotment Cases
If an application does not result in allotment, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded within 30-45 days of such decision, without any deduction, to the original source account.
2. Cancellation by the Applicant
- Refunds are processed within 30-45 days of cancellation confirmation, after due verification, and only via NEFT/RTGS/DD/Cheque in the applicant's name.
- Any refund beyond the developer-agreement timelines will follow the RERA-prescribed interest, if applicable.
3. Cancellation by the Developer
If the Developer is unable to allot/deliver as committed, refund with interest as prescribed under the RERA Act shall apply, as per the applicable allotment/agreement terms.
4. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. Unresolved matters may be referred to the Adjudicating Officer, HARERA, Gurugram, and thereafter to the competent courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
