This is the official website for VKS Pine Drive, a DDJAY-approved plotted development promoted by M/s VK & Sons Infratech Pvt. Ltd. ('the Developer'), HARERA Regd. No. RC/REP/HARERA/GGM/979/711/2025/82.
All enquiries, applications, allotments, and payments made through this website are directly with the Promoter/Developer.
This website is used solely for providing project information and facilitating the DDJAY allotment/application process for the Project.
2. Acceptance of Terms

Continued use of the website/services after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall first be referred to the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HARERA), Gurugram, and thereafter to the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
